Palestinian resistance movement Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh says that he thanks the Pakistanis for raising their voices in support of Palestinian rights, and he greets all Pakistanis.
Speaking through a video address from Islamabad at the Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) Al-Aqsa March, Ismail Haniyeh stated that Pakistanis share ideological connections with Palestinians and the first Qibla (Jerusalem). He emphasized the significance of Pakistan's stance in global conflicts.
He emphasized that the people of Pakistan are the offspring of Islam, like other Muslims who opposed British colonialism and gained freedom. Afghanistan also fought for freedom through jihad against global imperialism, and today, Palestinians and Kashmiris are still fighting for their freedom.
He mentioned that Hamas, through the Al-Aqsa Operation, has fought for the Islamic world by offering thousands of martyrs, and they have shattered Israel's dream of Greater Israel.
