KP teachers warns govt to protest in front of Assembly

HARIPUR: All Teachers Coordination Council (ATCC) Saturday threatened the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to resolve their issues otherwise they would will stage protest in front of Provincial Assembly on 15th May.
Leader of ATCC, Khair Ullah Hawari while addressing a rally held here, he said that the KP Government was trying to change the syllabus and making changes in education sector according to their will and include irrelevant subjects.
Laiq Zada said that provincial government has created panic for teachers community but we will not let anybody to sabotage our educational system and Islamic ideology by changing syllabus.
Malik Khalil said that we have no political affiliation, we were only fighting for our rights. He said that without strengthening teachers community nobody can achieve the goals of developed nation.
He further said that we want unconditional time scale for teachers which was promised by the provincial minister for finance during 2015 and approved by the Chief Minister and resolution those were also passed through the assembly, we are still waiting for implementation. (APP)
