US - Afghan Taliban near agreement on three key issues

WASHINGTON - The United States says talks with Taliban in Qatar are focused on counterterrorism, troops' withdrawal and a ceasefire.
Deputy Spokesperson of US state department Robert Palladino replying to a question at press briefing in Washington said.
He said negotiations between US Special Representative Khalilzad and Taliban are in progress to discuss intra-Afghan dialogue and future agreement.
He said that we want to give all the parties time to work out issues.
