Alternate Dispute Resolution System must be developed especially in rural areas: CJP

ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan Anwar Zaheer Jamali said that ordinary men have to face lot of issues because nation is deprived of true leaders. Certain groups have controlled all the resources of Pakistan on the name of democracy.
As per details, CJP Anwar Zaheer was addressing a seminar in Sindh Madrasa ul Islam University in Karachi here at Saturday. He said that nation has been divided on the name of language, sect, religion and region.
He pointed out the issues of Pakistan saying that we need to work together to resolve these issues. God has blessed Pakistan with all the blessings and if we utilize them in a better way then Pakistan will stand among the developed countries. He added.
He stressed to develop alternate Dispute Resolution System especially in rural areas for speedy and immediate justice in rural areas. We are living in such a society where people do not have fear of God and people have forgotten the difference between truth and falsehood and lawful and unlawful.
Taking about the judiciary system he said, judiciary is independent in country while each men of judiciary are rendering their duties with responsibility.
