AJK President, PM denounce recent acts of HRVs in Occupied Kashmir

ISLAMABAD: AJK President Sardar Masood Khan and Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider have strongly denounced the recent acts of human right violations and use of brute force on innocent Kashmiris in Indian Occupied Kashmir.

In a meeting held in Muzaffarabad today, they condemned killing of Qaiser Butt and said that India has unleashed a new reign of terror on innocent Kashmiris in an attempt to subdue their struggle for their right to self-determination.

Both the President and Prime Minister vowed to accelerate their political and diplomatic campaign in support of the right to self-determination of the Kashmiris.

They said that the only solution to this longstanding issue lies in the United Nation Security Council’s Resolutions.

Masood Khan said that the AJK Council Reforms and the transfer of powers to the AJK Legislative Assembly will further empower the elected representatives of Azad Kashmir with financial, administrative and legislative powers.
