LAHORE - Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar paid a surprise visit to Sheikhupura city on Sunday and exhibited dissatisfaction over poor cleanliness arrangements there. He said garbage should be dumped properly and poor should not be bothered in the ongoing operation against encroachment. He directed to continue operations against big wigs across the board. Traffic system of the city was needed to be improved, he said and directed to devise a comprehensive plan for traffic management. Taking quick action of the vulnerable condition of cleanliness, he ordered to suspend Chief Officer Municipal Corporation Tariq Zia. He said pitiable situation of cleanliness in Sheikhupura City during the visit was very disappointing and it depicted poor performance of the corporation. The CM said the officer who failed to meet his responsibility did not deserve to stay at his post.
