Diamer Bhasha Dam: Supreme Court seeks important report from WAPDA

ISLAMABAD - Supreme Court has sought timeframe from WAPDA for construction of Diamer Basha and Mohmand Dams.
A three member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar heard the case pertaining to construction of dams in Islamabad on Thursday.
The Chief Justice said an implementation bench has been constituted to ensure construction of the dams in given timeframe.
He said the attorney general will be the focal person of the implementation bench.
He said not a single rupee of dams fund will be spent elsewhere.
