Four names of Punjab Governor's surfaced: Sources

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is considering four names for the post of provincial governor on Sunday.
According to the source, Ishaq Khakwani, Babar Awan, Rai Azizullah and Ejaz Chauhdary’s names are under consideration for the slot of Punjab governor.
The PTI has completed the consultation meeting for the cabinet of upcoming government. Many names were surfaced for the slop of Punjab chief minister but Imran Khan will decide the fate for final nomination of the Punjab CM.
Sources said that the four names were also included in the provincial cabinet included Dr Yasmeen, Nazir Chohan, Mian Mehmoodur Rashid and Abdul Aleem. It was reported that Dr Yasmeen for Health Minister and Nazir Chohan will be nominated for housing minister.
Mian Mehmoodur Rashid likely to be made provincial minister and Abdul Aleem may be get key role in the cabinet. In the meeting, it was discussed to make sub-secretariat in South Punjab wherein all the ministers will visit one time in every month.
The PTI claims it has a majority in the Punjab Assembly with 186 seats after the support of independents and allied parties. The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and PTI have been embroiled in a battle over who will the government in the province.
