NSA, Tajik delegation discuss matters of regional security

ISLAMABAD:A delegation from Tajikistan headed by Hakim Abdulohi Rahnamo, along with Tajik ambassador to Pakistan Sherali Jononov met National Security Adviser Nasser Khan Janjua in Islamabad today (Thursday).
Besides discussing bilateral relations, matters pertaining to regional security and prospects of connectivity were discussed.
The NSA apprised the delegation about the common challenges and opportunities for Pakistan and Central Asian Republics.
The delegation shared the vision and discussed ways and means to overcome the challenges and convert them into opportunities. Both the sides identified areas of cooperation to further develop the relationship in different sectors. APP/AFP
