Law Ministry sends names of retired judges to PM Nawaz for investigation in Panama Leaks

ISLAMABAD: Names of retired judges have been sent to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif by Law Ministry here at today (Wednesday) for the investigation over Panama Leaks.
As per details, Law Ministry has sent a list of retired judges of Supreme Court and four High Courts to PM Nawaz after the announcement of PM to set up inquiry commission for the investigation of allegations, being hurled against his family over Panama Leaks.
Sources claimed that names of two High Court judges are also likely to include in commission with one judge of Supreme Court in a high-level party meeting which is going to be held today under the chairmanship of PM Nawaz, however the names of those judges who took oath of PCO, will not be included in commission.
Rules and regulations of Commission will also be finalized for investigation after the approval of judges for commission by PM Nawaz while Hussain Nawaz will himself record his statements regarding steel mills in Saudi Arabia and other assets, before commission.
