while responding to the question of Member of the National Assembly, Mahmood Bashir, the Islamic ideological council has clarified that divorce can also be made in a joke.
At the meeting of the Standing Committee on Law and Justice of the National Assembly chaired by Chairman Riaz Fatiana, the Islamic Ideological Council supported the legislation under the profession of inheritance and divorce. Dr Qibla Ayaz said that in the same seat of jurisprudence, three divorces should be declared a punishable offense.
Federal Law Minister Farough Naseem raised the question, how much is the punishment if three divorces are a punishable offense at the same time?
