NEW DELHI - In yet another low, Kashmiri engineer mocked and humiliated in Indian capital Delhi.

On Thursday, September 5, a video of a 25-year-old Kashmiri was released from Alwar district jail in the western Indian state of Rajasthan, dressed in the clothes of a young woman and tied to a beam.

The Kashmiri youth is identified as Mir Faiz and is said to be a student of Third Air Aeronautical Engineering.
