Secret meeting between DG NAB and Accountability Court Judge: Sharif family lawyer raises the issue

ISLAMABAD - Sharif family lawyers have taken up the issue of secret meeting between the DG NAB and the Accountability Judge.
Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s lawyer Khawaja Harris on Friday raised the issue of Director General of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Rawalpindi Irfan Mangi's meeting with the judges hearing corruption references against the Sharif family, a day earlier.
Harris raised the issue during Friday’s hearing of Al-Azizia Steel Mills and Flagship Investment corruption references against the former prime minister and his family.
“There were reports in media about DG NAB Irfan Mangi meeting with judges yesterday. We should refrain from such situations,” Harris said as the hearing went under way.
Accountability Judge Justice Arshad Malik has been hearing Al-Azizia and Flagship references against the former premier and his family.
