Red arrows, World renowned aerobatics team from UK arrive at Karachi

ISLAMABAD: (APP) World renowned flying aerobatics team of UK "Red Arrows comprising 12 Hawk aircraft" arrived in Karachi on Tuesday.
On their arrival they were received by Air Vice Marshal Salman Ahsan Bukhari, Air Officer Commanding Southern Air Command, Pakistan Air Force (PAF), said a news release.
Steve Crossman, Deputy Head of Mission, UK in Pakistan was also present at the occasion.
"Red Arrows" team led by Squadron Leader David performed aerobatics over Karachi and attracted large number of spectators.
Wing Commander Martin Higgins, Squadron Commander of Red Arrows is also accompanying the team. Red Arrows departed from Lincolnshire, UK on September 29, and would be making eleven stops while covering almost eight thousand miles of distance to reach their final destination at Zhuhai, China.
The team would participate in the forthcoming Zhuhai International Air Show-2016 from November 1 to 6, 2016.
Red Arrows was established in 1964, and since then this Royal Air Force Aerobatics team, had performed more than 4000 times across the globe.
