Imran Khan finalises Galyat Development Authority master plan

PESHAWAR: (APP) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Chief Minister, Pervez Khattak has directed to put on ground the whole master plan for the Galyat Development Authority (GDA) and complete the projects in different sectors in the area.
He was presiding over a meeting on Galyat Development Authority which was also attended by Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan.
The meeting was given a presentation on developmental schemes under Galyat Development Authority.
Addressing the participants, the chief minister directed against any hurdles in the implementation on the master plan of Galyat Development Authority. The developmental schemes completed in the area changed the outlook of the Galyat Development Authority and the process of improvement should continue, he added.
Pervez Khattak and Imran Khan appreciated the crackdown against the illegal encroachments and praised all those who got hold of the big encroachers that discouraged the process of encroachment in the whole of the province.
Both directed against cutting of trees and advised for preservation of forest in the area. They also wished a complete system of cleanliness in the area. They directed for improving parks and other recreational facilities to the tourists.
Chief Minister directed for transparency and quality of work in the developmental schemes. He would show zero tolerance for the corrupt and even for those who did not deliver as per public expectations.
Chairman PTI Imran Khan appreciated the Chief Minister and his team for transparency and good work including making public sector institutions apolitical and sensitizing them to the public welfare.
He appreciated the establishment of cricket ground in Galyat and added that the youth across the country would come to visit this area with their families and enjoy playing there.
