PTV apologises for grave mistake during live coverage of PM Khan speech in Beijing

ISLAMABAD - The Pakistan Television (PTV) has apologised for grave mistake during PM Imran Khan live speech in Beijing.

PTV issued an apology via twitter after it aired “begging” instead of “Beijing” on screen during Prime Minister Imran Khan’s live speech in China.

PTV apologised saying “Today, during a live address of the Prime Minister during his ongoing visit to China, a typographical error took place, which remained on screen for 20 seconds and later removed. However, after the successful tour of Saudi Arabia, Prime Minister Imran Khan is in China on official visit where he became the target of "accidental trolling" when the Pakistan Television Corporation aired "Begging" instead of "Beijing" during his live speech at the Central Party School (of the Communist Party of China) on PTV.
