Federal law minister makes important statement on lifetime disqualification under defection clause

Federal Law Minister Nazir Tarar has said that the issue of lifelong disqualification will be resolved soon in Supreme Court.
A request has been made in the Supreme Court for formation of a larger bench for the said case.
Talking to media in Hafizabad, the law minister said that the incident at Masjid-e-Nabawi was unfortunate and no cases had been registered by the state of Pakistan against the incident. The cases registered in the incident of Masjid Nabavi are not cases of blasphemy act.
