Supreme Court adjourns Panama case hearing: Next date announced

ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan has constituted the Joint Investigation Team into the Panama case probe.
The JIT will be overseeing the implementation of the Panama case verdict.
It has been directed to commence and complete the investigation pursuant to the SC’s order on the Panama case dated April 20, 2017. It also has to submit a progress report on a fortnightly basis to the bench.
The next hearing has been scheduled for May 22, 2017, in line with these requirements.
The Interior ministry has been directed to ensure security of JIT members, who will be provided with office in Judicial Academy besides accommodation and other facilities.
