PESHAWAR: Afghan Council General and Provincial officials have been ordered by KPK CM Perviaz Khattak to make a strategy to ensure the registration of Afghan refugees in KPK .
As per details, he was presiding a high level meeting regarding Afghan Trade and Transit here at CM secretariat. Afghan envoy Dr. Omer, Afghan Council General Abdullah Pohan, Senator Mohsin Aziz, Afghan Migrants Commissioner, IG Police and Trader's representatives participated in the meeting.

Issues related to unregistered Afghan refugees, illegal movement on Torkham border and Afghan traders were discussed in the meeting. Afghan envoy was informed that seats have been reserved for Afghan students in different educational institutions.
Afghan envoy emphasized on both countries to make mutual efforts for establishing peace and enhancing trade ties.
KPK CM informed Afghan envoy that says tax will end in province till the end of June. A committee was formed by CM to resolve the issues of forest in Dir while Perviaz Khattak said that permit of wood would be issued within 60 days.
