Govt to take all possible measures for protection of journalists’ rights: Fawad
Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain says the government will take all possible measures for protection of rights of journalists and to resolve their issues.
Talking to a delegation of journalists in Islamabad on Friday, he said the incumbent government fully believes in constitutional and basic right of expression.
The Information Minister said that government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf stands by media workers and considers them as a precious asset of the country.
Talking to President PTI Azad Kashmir Barrister Sultan Mahmood in Islamabad on Friday, Minister for Information and Broadcasting said Pakistan will continue to extend moral, political and diplomatic support to the Kashmiri people till realization of their just right to self-determination.
Fawad Hussain said we will continue to highlight voice of great struggle of the Kashmiris for their right to self-determination at every forum.
Barrister Sultan Mahmood said Indian forces cannot deprive the Kashmiri people of their right to self-determination by the use of brute forces.
