China strongly responds over US suppression of Chinese enterprises as military entities

China has firmly opposed the United States groundless suppression of Chinese enterprises.
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said Chinese enterprises always operate in accordance with laws and regulations, and strictly abide by the laws and regulations of the host countries of their international operations.
Meanwhile, a spokesperson for China's Foreign Ministry slammed the United States' new visa rules for members of the Communist Party of China and said that several U.S. politicians and their anti-China rhetoric were ridiculous and pathetic.
She noted that China-U.S. relations are based on the consensus that both sides recognize and respect the differences in their social systems.
