Federal government responds over media reports of mid term elections in Pakistan

*LONDON - Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry has responded over the media reports of the mid term elections in Pakistan.*
*Chaudhry on Wednesday categorically ruled out possibility of mid-term elections saying that there was no political crisis looming over the country.*
Talking to journalists after his arrival at London airport, Fawad Chaudhry said that he came here to felicitate the overseas Pakistanis for supporting Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf during the election campaign.
He maintained that the value of green passport will improve due the policies adopted by the Prime Minister Imran Khan. The minister said that oversees Pakistanis are contented over the indiscriminate accountability process in the country.
Highlighting the landmark achievements on diplomatic front, the minister said that now the country is heading toward economic stability.
Taking aim at the opposition, Fawad said, “Those who brought the country on the brink of disaster are giving lectures to us.”
The information minister said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif and Pakistan Peoples Party leader and former president Asif Ali Zardari had contest last elections of their political career.
