Pakistani cricketers hurt by massive fire at Karachi Hotel

KARACHI : Pakistani cricketers including Sohaib Maqsood, Aamer Yamin and Shahzaib escaped a deadly inferno at a four-star hotel Regent Plaza in Karachi .

Reportedly, first class cricketer Yasin Murtaza got his foot fractured after jumping off second floor of the hotel.

The cricketers were staying in Karachi to participate in the Quaid-e-Azam trophy however, they will not take part in today’s matches.

Meanwhile, at least 11 people were killed while 65 people suffered injuries when a four-star hotel in Pakistan‘s southern port city of Karachi caught fire early Monday.

The blaze erupted in hotel’s kitchen.
