PTI Chief seeks cooperation from UK, UAE govts in bringing back looted wealth of Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has sought the aid of the European Union, Britain and Gulf states in bringing back the country’s looted wealth.
Talking to media at Bani Gala in Islamabad, PTI Chairman asked for cooperation in this regard during his recent meetings with Ambassadors of UK, UAE and other countries.
PTI spokesperson Fawad Chaudhry said the government in-waiting would chalk out a strict policy to curb money laundering.
He said the opposition should raise their concerns over the electoral process with the Election Commission of Pakistan.
Fawad Chaudhry said process of government formation will be completed in one to one and a half weeks.
He said efforts to form governments in centre and Punjab are in the last stages.
He said PTI is also in negotiations with various political parties in Balochistan to form a coalition government there.
Fawad Chaudhry said the official notification of election results will be issued on Tuesday.
He said the ECP will announce the names of women candidates for reserve seats on Saturday.
Fawad Chaudhry said PTI will appoint ministers on the basis of merit.
