Lahore Blast martyred soldiers funeral prayers offered

LAHORE: The funeral prayer of the soldiers martyred in the blast at Bedian Road Lahore was offered at Ayyub Stadium on Wednesday.
The martyred soldiers were paid a tribute while the dead bodies have been shifted to the respective hometowns.
Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Lahore Corps Commander, Punjab Governor Rafiq Rajwana and Punjab IGP attended the funeral besides other civil and military officials.
At least six persons including four army men were martyred and several others injured in a suicide blast targeting a van carrying census team in the provincial capital’s Bedian Road on Wednesday.
