PCB nominates new selection committee for selecting Head Coach 

LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board has nominated a new selection committee consisting of Ramiz Raja and Waseem Akram for selecting a new Head Coach for Pakistan cricket team.

 

As per details, PCB inquiry committee has presented its recommendations before PCB Chairman Shehryar Khan. Selection committee has also been dissolved by PCB while head coach Waqar Younis and Captain Shahid Afridi have already resigned from their posts.

 

Chairman Shehryar Khan said that the decision of new captain and selection committee will be announced soon while Waseem Akram and Ramiz Raja have been given a task to find the new head coach of Pakistan cricket team.

 

Pakistani cricket team training camp will be set up at Abbottabad before the visit of England for ODIs and T20 series. According to long term policy, system of national cricket academy, university and cricket club will be improved by PCB.
