Free Zone inaugurated in Gwadar by Chinese Delegation 

QUETTA: 61-member Chinese delegation from Xinjiang province of China arrived in Pakistan for the visit of Gwadar Port here at Monday. Chinese delegation was led by Communist Party Secretary General Zhang Chunxian.

 

As per details, Chinese delegation was welcomed by Baluchistan Governor Muhammad Khan Achakzai upon its arrival at Gwadar port. Chinese delegation inaugurated free zone in Gwadar port area and said that there are vast opportunities of investment here at Gwadar while China has interest in different fields at Gwadar including investment.

 

Speaking at the occasion, Chinese delegation head said that both countries have close and cordial relations while China would cooperate in different fields including social sector in Gwadar.

 

Later, Chinese delegation also participated in a ceremony over quality education and public health affairs and while addressing the ceremony said that China is making all possible efforts for the progress and prosperity of Gwadar and Pakistan. China is also providing cooperation in industry, education, health and other social sectors for further strengthening the bilateral ties between both countries.
