*ISLAMABAD - PTI chairman Imran Khan has said that he had never thought the institutions of justice will allow Shehbaz Sharif to become the prime minister.*
He was addressing a meeting of the PTI Core Group on Tuesday. He said that conspiracy is preceded by the interference. "I could not accept that this conspiracy will succeed. The Americans had stopped me when I was going to Russia," he added.
Imran Khan said that it was shameful for the US to threat Pakistan. "An elected government was toppled under a conspiracy. The country would suffer a loss if action is not taken against the conspiracy. The conspiracy was being hatched from London," he maintained.
He said that Shehbaz Sharif is facing corruption cases of Rs 40 billion. “We expect the courts to urgently address the horse trading issue. The ECP, particularly CEC’s decision in Gillani’s case is dangerous for our country’s future,” he added.
