Gilani non-bailable arrest warrant issued by court

KARACHI: Accountability Court here at today has issued non-bailable arrest warrants of ten accused including former PM Yousaf Raza Gilani, nominated in the TDAP corruption scandal.
As per details, the hearing of the case was held here at federal Anti-Corruption Court under the Judge Muhammad Azeem while seven new Challan were presented in the court by Federal investigation Agency (FIA).
All the ten accused including Yousaf Raza Gilani were declared fugitive in the Challans under criminal procedure code by FIA.
While accepting the challan of FIA for hearing, court issued non-bailable arrest warrants of all accused and directed FIA to present all alleged culprits before court on May 19.
