Chairman Senate should be from Balochistan

QUETTA – Senators from Balochistan province have demanded on Sunday that a Senate Chairman who hails from Balochistan shall be appointed.
Senator Sadiq Sanjrani put forth the demand to the federation that a chairman from Balochistan province be appointed asserting that his political group would approach all secnators from the province to discuss the matter.
On the other hand, Balochistan Chief Minister (CM) Abdul Quddus Bizenjo has said that the provincial government is open for cooperation with political parties.
He said that his group has bagged as many as six seats in the Senate.
It should be noted here that number of Balochistan senators in the Upper House is 22.
