CNS expresses confidence in operational preparedness of Pak Navy in Staff and Command Conference

ISLAMABAD: Pak Navy Command and Staff Conference was held under the chairmanship of Naval Chief Admiral Zakaullah in Naval Headquarters here at Thursday.
As per details, affairs related to operational preparedness development projects and present maritime situation were discussed in the meeting. Naval Chief was briefed over the ongoing and future projects of Pak Navy during the meeting.
Matters related to security of Gwadar Port and security, links with CPEC project also came under discussion. Speaking at the occasion, Naval Chief Admiral Zakaullah expressed his satisfaction over the operational preparedness of Pak Navy.
He added that joint coastal security exercises with Law enforcement agencies are necessary to achieve the high standard of professionalism and capabilities to fight against terrorism.
Naval Chief also lauded the efforts of Pak Navy for providing fresh and pure water in Baluchistan particularly at Gwadar.
