Frontier Corps foil terrorism bid

DERA MURAD JAMALI, Jan 4 (APP): Frontier Corps (FC) foiled a sabotage bid and defused 10 kg improvised explosive devices (IED) in Chithar area of Nasirabad district on Wednesday.
According to FC spokesman, acting on a tip off, FC personnel along with bomb disposal squad team reached the site and defused 10 kg IED which were planted beside the road at Tahir Goth by unknown for sabotage activities.
Frontier Corps cordoned off the entire area and started search to arrest outlaws.
Further investigation was underway.
