CTD arrests top TTP commanders

BATTAGRAM, Jan 4 (APP): Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), Police and intelligence agencies on Wednesday arrested two most wanted Taliban militants during an operation in Battagram district.
According to CTD press release issued Wednesday, a joint operation was carried out by police, CTD and intelligence agencies arrested two operative of Tehreek-e-Taliban Swat chapter identified as Muhammad Nawaz and Azizullah.
Taliban miscreant were expert of making Improvised Explosive Device (IDE) and got the training from Afghanistan.
The suspects were also involved in demolishing main electricity transmission line of Battagram whereas police also recovered a video footage from the Taliban militant.
Police shifted the arrested terror suspect to an unknown location for investigation.
