Proper legislation being done for Special People

Minister of State for Information, Marriyum Aurangzeb says proper legislation is being done for Special People in the Parliament.
Addressing a ceremony in Islamabad held in connection with the International Day of Disabled Persons on Sunday, she said parents play a key role in making special children as useful citizens of the society.
The Minister said preference has been given to special children in Prime Minister's Educational Reforms Program.
Marriyum Aurangzeb said disability can be overcome through stronger determination.
Earlier, addressing the ceremony, Prime Minister's wife Begum Samina Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said it is our collective responsibility to take measures for the welfare of special children.
She said the word "disability" should not be used for special children as they can be made useful citizens of the country.
She announced various steps for the welfare of the special children.
Begum Samina Shahid Khaqan Abbasi also announced to include special children in Prime Minister's Laptop Scheme.
