No talks with India over border standoff: Chinese Defence Ministry

China says any talks with India are impossible until it withdraws troops from Sikkim border.
Chinese defense ministry spokesperson Ren Guoqiang in a statement urged India to give up the illusion of its delaying tactic.
He said Chinese forces have the capabilities to defend national sovereignty, security and development interests.
