Cabinet approves rationalization of fees of CNICs, NICOP

ISLAMABAD:The Federal Cabinet has approved a summary about rationalization of fees of Computerized National Identity Cards and National Identity Cards for Overseas Pakistanis.
The meeting of the federal cabinet was held in Islamabad with Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi in the chair.
The Cabinet approved signing of seven MoUs with various countries aimed at enhancement of economic and strategic cooperation and carrying out a feasibility study of a project.
The Cabinet was given a detailed presentation regarding CPEC, including various projects being undertaken in energy sector, infrastructure, industrial cooperation and development of Gwadar.
The meeting was informed that arious energy sector projects being set up under CPEC which will contribute over 17,000 MW of energy to the national grid. APP/AFP
