Democracy is being strengthened with the passage of time: PM Nawaz

ISLAMABAD: PM Nawaz expressed his satisfaction over the strengthening of democracy saying that democracy is being strengthened and getting stable with the passage of time while Parliament is also more democratic and active than the past.
As per details, Saudi Arabia Majlis-e-Shoora Chairman Dr. Abdullah Muhamad Sheikh called on PM Nawaz here at today (Monday) in Islamabad PM House and discussed affairs of mutual interest in the meeting.
Speaking at the occasion, Dr. Abdullah said that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have same stance over national and international affairs while both countries' ties would further strengthen with the exchange of parliamentary delegations.
He also expressed his hope that Pakistan would succeed to come out of the crisis under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
Talking with visiting dignitary, PM Nawaz said that both countries has close, cordial, historical and cultural relations while Pakistani government and nations give importance to their ties with Saudi Arabia.
PM added that present government received crisis of energy sector, economic decline and poor law and order situation in heritage but government has put the country on the path of successes and now country is in a better position today as compared to two years ago on the commencement of our government.
Talking about operation Zarb-e-Azab, PM stated that operation is continued successfully to eradicate scourge of terrorism while terrorists are fleeing away to hide their disappointments.
