U.S. draft U.N. resolution seeks extension of Syria chemical probe

At the United Nations Security Council in New York, the United States has circulated a draft resolution seeking extension in a mandate for international inquiry against chemical weapons attack in Syria.
The draft also urged that Syria must not develop or produce chemical weapons.
Earlier, Russia had vetoed an extension last week.
