Former Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh has termed the so-called surgical strikes by Modi government were vote garnering exercises.
In an interview with Hindustan Times, 86 years old Congress leader acknowledged that security situation in occupied Jammu and Kashmir rapidly deteriorated in last five years.
Dr Manmohan Singh said attempts to politicize forces are shameful.
