Syria’s Assad held secret talks with ISIS: British Media

DAMASCUS: British Media claimed that it has received 22K leaked documents from ISIS headquarters shoeing that Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad signed a secret deal with ISIS militants to capture ancient city of Palmyra.

Assad also asked ISIS militants to transfer heavy artillery from Palmyra to Raaqqa before the attack on Palmyra.

British Sky News revealed that Syria and Russia also negotiated with ISIS to exchange oil for fertilizer in the past.

It is also reported that President Assad signed several deals with IS group to weaken the Syrian Opposition Party.

Palmyra was recaptured by Syrian regime after furious airstrike campaign by Syrian Army and Russian air force last month.

ISIS destroyed several ancient sites during their rule in the city.
