PM performs ground breaking of Rawalpindi - Kahuta Road rehabilitation

ISLAMABAD - Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi says PML (N) believes in politics of service to the people, decency and development.
He was addressing a public gathering in Kahuta after launching work on rehabilitation and improvement of Rawalpindi-Kahuta Road today (Saturday).
The Prime Minister said there have been various governments in the history of the country but it was only during the tenure of PML (N) that different areas and the country as a whole saw unprecedented developmental activities.
He said the chronic shortages of electricity and gas have been addressed by the present Government.
Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said there could be local issues but the overall shortages of electricity have been overcome due to concerted efforts.
He said work on Rawalpindi-Kahuta has been initiated as per announcement of former Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif and the project would be completed in one year.
