India refuses visa to 9 Pakistani players and 6 officials

NEW DELHI: India refused to issue visa for 9 players and 6 officials who are going to participate in South Asian games.

 

India is the only country where Pakistani Players have to face visa problems on every sports event.

 

The 12th South Asian games are going to be held in Indian city of Guwahati and Shillong from February 5.

 

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the event. India is time hosting the event for the 3rd time.

 

The event will  continue from Feb. 5 to 16 and more than 2000 athletes will participate from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Sri Lank, Maldives and India.
