Pakistan National Security Advisor meets his Japanese counterpart in Tokyo

Pakistan National Security Advisor met with his Japanese counterpart in Tokyo National Security Adviser Lt Gen (r) Nasser Khan Janjua - who is on an official visit to Japan on the invitation of the Japan’s government - met with Japan Foreign Affairs and Intelligence Department Director General Kato and discussed the issues relating to bilateral cooperation in national security and other matters.
Kato appreciated the outcome of the Zarb-e-Azab operation, which was not only rewarding for Pakistan but also the international community, who would benefit from Pakistan’s peace and stability.
Later, the national security adviser met with his counterpart in Japan, Japan National Security Secretariat Secretary General Shotaro Yachi, who hosted a lunch in Janjua’s honour.
During the meeting, both the dignitaries discussed the cooperation possibility in the field of national security. Yachi also desired to visit Pakistan soon. National security adviser presented a shield to his counterpart of Japan.
