Father kills daughter over 'delay in serving food'

FAISALABAD: (APP) An enraged father reportedly killed his daughter over delay in serving food to him.
Police spokesman said here Saturday that Parveen Bibi, a resident of Chak No 24-GB, filed a complaint with the Saddar Jaranwala police station, contending that her husband Abid Hussain tortured his daughter Allah Rakhi severely for late serving of food to him. Later, he took her out and threw her into Gogera Branch Canal.
The police arrested Abid Hussain, who confessed to his crime, a spokesman said.
