Two MP personnel martyred in terrorist attack in Karachi buried in their native towns with full military protocol

KARACHI: The funeral prayers of two Military Police men have been offered at PNS Shifa. Both MP personnel were killed by the unidentified armed men in Karachi near Jinnah road. Home Minister Sohail Anwar Sial, Chief of Naval Staff, Admiral Mohammad Zakaullah, Corps Commander Karachi Lt. Gen. Naveed Mukhtar, DG Rangers Maj. Gen. Bilal Akbar, IG and Additional IG Sindh and several others officers and personnel were present in the funeral prayers at Karachi Cantt. Chief of Army Staff paid tributes to the martyred soldiers and said that we will take every possible step to crush the terrorists from our country. Such attacks cannot weak our national commitment against terrorism. PM Nawaz also expressed his grief over the attack and directed the authorities concerned to leave no stone unturned in apprehending the culprits. PM also forwarded his sympathies to the bereaved families. Both the martyred soldiers were laid to rest in their native towns.
