Two Indian Army soldiers killed and wounded in Occupied Kashmir

Shopian: One Kashmiri youth was killed on Saturday morning during an encounter with the security forces in Pandushan village in south Jammu and Kashmir's Shopian district.

One Army jawan was killed, while another was injured fighting against terrorists.

A joint team of India Army's 34 Rashtriya Rifles (RR), 14th battalion of Central Reserve Police Force personnel (CRPF) and state police conducting the operation acting on a special police input. The operation has been called off now.

The youth who was killed on Friday was identified as Zeenat ul Islam Naikoo. His body was handed over to his family after it was recovered from the encounter site.
