SHC orders to restored AD Khawaja as Sindh IG

Sindh High Court has suspended the notification of removing A.D. Khawaja from the position of IG Sindh and has ordered that he would remain on the position till the next hearing that will be held on 6th of this month.
During hearing of the case against the removal of A.D. Khawaja from the post of IG in Karachi today, the Court also ordered the acting IG Sindh Sardar Abdul Majeed to leave the charge of IG Office immediately and hand over it to A.D. Khawaja.
Talking to media after the hearing, the lawyer of A.D. Khawaja said that IG Sindh can be removed from office on the orders of Federal Government and not the Provincial Government.
