PORT OF SPAIN: Babar Azam has emerged out as an asset for the Pakistan cricket at a time when it's batting line up is struggling in top and middle order.
Former Pakistan captain Ramiz Raja has on Sunday said that Babar Azam is the only batsman in Pakistan team right now who’d be able to make it into the Indian batting side as well.
Commenting during the 4th T20I between Pakistan and West Indies today, Ramiz Raja said that Babar Azam was probably the only player in the current Pakistan batting line-up who’d be able to make it into the Indian batting line-up as well.
“Indian batting is brilliant as you know. I think he (Babar Azam) has it in him to make it to the Indian side as well”, said Ramiz.
Babar Azam scored 38 runs off 36 balls in the 4th T20I against West Indies, playing a crucial role, along with Ahmed Shehzad (53) to secure the victory for the national side and finishing the 4-match series 3-1.
