Claims of deal and Punjab government formation: PML (N) responds over the issue

LAHORE – Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) has responded over the statement made by the former Punjab Minister Rana Mashood.

PML-N on Monday distanced itself from Rana Mashhood statement claiming that deal has been struck with establishment.

PML N has termed it as personal opinion of the former Minister and an explanation has been seeked from him, sources have revealed.

As per details garnered, the party’s spokesperson stated termed Rana Mashhood’s controversial statement his personal views.

Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan opened a new Pandora’s box as he claimed that Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) has sorted out matters with establishment.

Mashhood added that Hamza Shehbaz would be PML-N’s candidate for Punjab Chief Minister (CM).

He said, “I’m not talking about any deal. Establishment has always accepted Shehbaz Sharif”.

“Matters aren’t going as planned. If things continue to run in the same fashion, then PML-N will form govt in Punjab in the next two months”, stated Mashhood.
