ABU DHABI – Pakistan, chasing a tricky 136 to win, were tottering at 67-5 on the fifth and final day of the first Test in Abu Dhabi on Monday.

Skipper Sarfraz Ahmed was 13 not out and Haris Sohail 19no as Pakistan need another 69 runs to take a 1-0 lead in the two-match series.

Earlier, Yasir Shah took 5-51 to help Pakistan dimiss Sri Lanka for 138 in their second innings. 

Pakistan had an golden opportunity to win the first test match against the Sri Lanka.
